This is a robust container for those ready to do the inner work before, during, and after retreat. Over three months, we gather for bi-weekly group calls (three before and three after) surrounding an 8-day immersive retreat. Together, we prepare, experience, and integrate, grounding expanded awareness and healing into everyday life and leadership.
